These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JPG to SVG Converter Chrome extension (the "Extension") provided by JPG to SVG Converter ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using our Extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

The Extension provides a service that converts raster images (JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF) to scalable vector graphics (SVG) format. The Extension allows you to:

• Right-click on images in your browser to convert them to SVG
• Drag and drop image files for conversion
• Download the converted SVG files

3. Account Registration

Some features of the Extension may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

We offer a free tier that includes a limited number of conversions. The free tier is subject to usage limits as specified on our website.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans provide additional features and higher usage limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Provide valid payment information

4.3 Credits

Pay-as-you-go credits may be purchased and used for individual conversions. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• Unused credits remain available for future use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Extension to:

• Convert images that you do not have the right to use or modify
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Upload or convert illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use automated methods to access the service beyond normal Extension usage
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Extension.

6.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you convert using the Extension. We do not claim ownership of your images or the resulting SVG files.

6.3 License Tiers

• Free and Starter plans: Converted SVGs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Pro plan: Includes a commercial license allowing you to use converted SVGs in commercial projects.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Extension will meet your specific requirements
• The Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Extension will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any converted files will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension
• Damages resulting from any content converted through the Extension

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JPG to SVG Converter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Extension
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Extension at any time, with or without notice
• Change pricing, features, or usage limits with reasonable notice
• Update these Terms as necessary

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Extension shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Extension and supersede any prior agreements.
